Chapter One, Locks Bottom

A real treat for us today!  We're celebrating what I think was a good interview yesterday to be a marshal at the shooting events at the London 2012 Olympics by going out for lunch to a Michelin starred restaurant in the very north-west corner of Kent.  I can't wait to try the fabulous looking food (check out their website!) and write it all up on here when we get home!
